Rewards and Returns Policy

A. Introduction
This Rewards and Returns Policy (the ‘Rewards Policy’) govern your access to and use of the Rewards and returns on the Platform and/or the use of our Services. The objective of this Rewards Policy is to create a fair, transparent, and equitable environment in which Rewards are earned and returns are processed. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the Rewards Policy. BattleBucks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Policy at any time.
This Rewards and Returns Policy is intended to supplement and operate in conjunction with the Terms of the Company or BattleBucks (i.e., Singularity Games Private Limited), which can be accessed here. Any term not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms.
The Company reserves the right to, from time to time, amend and modify the Rewards Policy. The User acknowledges and accepts that they may also be subject to receiving periodic communications from the Company related to their obligation to comply with the Rewards Policy. It is the sole responsibility of the User to stay informed of any updates, or policy amendments or modifications issued by the Company, as more particularly detailed in Section F (Amendments and modifications to the Terms or the BattleBucks Policies) of the Terms.
Non-compliance with the Rewards Policy invites penalties depending on the grade of the misconduct as set forth in Section D (Misconduct and Penalty Matrix) of the Rules of Conduct.
B. Nature of Rewards and Disclaimer of Warranties
Rewards may consist of (a) in-game entitlements credited directly by the Company to the User’s account, including GG, Virtual Digital Assets, Other In-Game Currency, or In-Game Assets (such as skins, avatars, and characters); and (b) physical goods, vouchers, or other items delivered to the User.
For Rewards described in limb (a), the Company is the issuer and is responsible for crediting or otherwise making such Rewards available to the User in accordance with the Terms. Such Rewards are provided as a limited, personal, revocable licence under Section D of the Terms, have no monetary value, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or substituted.
For Rewards described in limb (b), the Company shall deliver Rewards on an 'as-is' basis and, where they carry a manufacturer’s or other third party’s warranty, that warranty shall apply in accordance with its terms. Save as expressly set out in this Rewards Policy, the Company makes no warranty as to the value of any Reward or its fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be liable forany delivery delays, deficiencies, or costs arising from the logistics and handling of such Rewards.
C. Acceptance of Rewards and its returns
The User may refuse any Reward at its discretion. Unless the User refuses any Reward, by participating in games where such Rewards may be offered, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
- Unless the rules governing the respective game states otherwise, Rewards cannot be returned, exchanged, substituted, or modified for any other product, service, or equivalent value, and the Company is under no obligation to entertain any requests for the exchange or return of Rewards under any circumstances except where a refund is required under applicable law. In jurisdictions where a mandatory right of return or exchange may apply, the Company will address such matters on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
- The Company’s decision regarding the distribution of Rewards and the determination of winners shall be final and binding on all users.
- You bear the sole responsibility for any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with receiving or using the Reward.
- If the Reward is a physical item, you must provide a valid shipping address, contact number, and other essential details. You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated unless specified otherwise in the rules governing the respective game.
- You waive any right to raise claims, complaints, or grievances concerning the nature, value, or quality of the Rewards, or the Company’s selection of the Rewards. This waiver does not affect your rights in respect of a defective, or damaged Reward as set out below in this Section.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke Rewards if it suspects fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
- If you receive a physical Reward that is defective, damaged, or different from the Reward you redeemed, you must notify the Company within a reasonable time from delivery, together with supporting photographs or video where available. The Company shall facilitate communication with the relevant third-party vendor. However, the Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for the quality, fitness, delivery, fulfilment, replacement, repair, warranty, or condition of such Rewards. Any decision regarding replacement, repair, warranty service, or other remedy shall be made by the relevant vendor, manufacturer, or authorised service centre in accordance with its applicable terms, policies, and warranties.
- Where a Reward consists of vouchers, gift card, or code issued by the third party, the voucher, gift card, or code is provided by that third party and not by the Company. The acceptance, redemption, validity, expiry, value, and any usage restrictions related to such vouchers, gift card or codes are governed solely by that third party’s terms. The Company’s responsibility is limited to delivering a valid, unredeemed voucher, gift card, or code, and the Company is not responsible for the third party’s refusal to honour it, any change to the third party’s terms, or the third party’s insolvency or discontinuation. If a voucher, gift card, or code is invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, you must notify the Company within a reasonable time and, upon verification, the relevant third party may provide a replacement voucher, gift card, or code, or an equivalent substitute, in accordance with its applicable terms and policies. The Company will provide a grievance and support channel to help users pursue claims against the manufacturer or third-party issuer, however, the Company does not assume any responsibility or liability in respect of the underlying product or Reward.
Any mention or depiction of Reward or other items in videos, screenshots, or other media is for illustrative or informational purposes only, and the Company does not claim ownership of such items unless explicitly stated otherwise, and their inclusion or display does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with their rightful owners.
The Company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall not affect any rewards already distributed, but may affect future rewards and their terms of distribution.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
If you believe you have been unfairly treated, harmed, or have encountered User behavior that violates this Policy, you have the right to raise a complaint or grievance in accordance with Section L (Grievance Redressal Mechanism) and Section O (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement) of the Terms.
